Mike Zichmiller, CPA
Managing Partner
Mike graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting in 1997. He has over 20 years of tax experience in public accounting, including significant experience in the areas of personal service corporations (medical practices, dental practices, and consulting firms) as well as contractors. Mike also has significant experience in individual and corporate taxation. Early in his career, Mike spent 5 years in the private sector working as an accountant for a large road construction company. Mike joined the firm in 2012, and is now the managing partner. He is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Outside of the office Mike enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.
David A. Mereness, CPA
Partner
Dave graduated cum laude from the University of South Florida in 1982. He passed the CPA exam in 1983 and became certified in the state of Florida in 1984. He began working for the firm in 1983. Dave is primarily responsible for audits, reviews, compilations, cost analysis, other management services, and income tax reporting for a broad-based clientele. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Dave serves as an independent director for Farm Credit of Central Florida and is designated as their financial expert on the audit committee. Dave has been active with the National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives, serving on several chapter and national committees, including serving as past president of the Atlantic Chapter. Dave has also been involved in numerous professional, church, social, civic, and youth athletic organizations.
Erika Stolte
Partner
Erika graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas A&M University in 1998 and holds a Certificate in Accounting Applications. She is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a ProAdvisor for QuickBooks. Erika has been with the firm since 2006 and currently is a partner with focus on client business services. She has experience with individual and corporate tax, sales tax, payroll, compilations, maintenance of company files, small business consulting, and QuickBooks consulting. Erika holds a private pilot’s license, enjoys flying, traveling, reading and spending time with family.
Lois W. Farrell, CPA

Lois graduated with honors from the University of Alabama and began her career in Birmingham, Alabama working for one of the then "Big Eight" accounting firms, Ernst and Ernst (now Ernst and Young). In 1977, she relocated to Florida and worked in private industry until "semi-retiring" in 1984 to raise her 3 children. She began working for our firm in 1996 and became a partner in 2006. Lois has a wide range of experience in auditing, tax, small business and QuickBooks consulting, and accounting for homeowner and condominium associations. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. When the schedule permits, Lois enjoys kayaking, hiking, and traveling with her family.
Pieter J. Dearolf, CPA
Founding Partner
Pete founded the firm in 1970. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree with honors from Florida Atlantic University in 1967. He has been active in numerous professional, civic, social, and Christian organizations on a local and regional basis and currently serves on the board of the American Bible Society. He has extensive experience in agricultural cooperatives, exempt organizations, small business, and individuals, including auditing, accounting, tax, and financial planning. Pete is retired and enjoys traveling with his wife, Wanda, and getting together with his family.
